The room was clean and warm, but the stairs were really narrow and tricky.

the pink pavilion was a disappointment. i expected a lovely breakfast, where there wasn’t any, and frankly the wi-fi barely worked. it’s astounding! as a solo traveler, i also woudl ve appreciated a complimentary beverage, but apparently that’s too much to ask. i almost gave a glowing review, but just couldn’t.

The bathroom setup was odd, with the shower in the room, which felt uncomfortable. WiFi struggled during my stay, making it hard to plan my activities. Noise from nearby establishments disrupted my peace, even with earplugs provided.

Had a great time at Pink Pavilion! Lee, the owner, went above and beyond, even leaving a congratulatory note after my marathon. The room felt airy and clean. Being just a 5-minute walk to the pier made exploring super easy. Only downside was some noise from next door.

Fantastic location near Brighton Pier, but the shower in the bedroom may not suit everyone's comfort level.

Narrow, dangerous stairs!!! Shower cubicle feels like a weird plastic cupboard!!! Inconsistent maintenance with peeling paint and broken amenities!!! Poor management response to complaints!!! Thin walls allow for disruptive noise levels!!!

We had a lovely stay, but carrying luggage up those narrow stairs was a real mission! Chur for the comfy bed and friendly host, though.

The vibrant location offered easy access to the beach and lively eateries. The room was well-kept, with a quirky shower arrangement that added character. Storing our luggage post-checkout was a huge plus.

The provided earplugs helped manage the noise from the nearby pub across the street. having our luggage stored after checkout was incredibly convenient. During my stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and friendliness of the staff, which truly elevated my experience.

This place suits me perfectly, providing free wi-fi in public areas, a flat-screen tv, and a no-smoking environment. I remember on my first stay, the staff helped me with a phone charger. Their friendly nature makes it a truly welcoming spot. I’m coming back for another city break!

Great Location and Lovely Staff

I recently stayed for three nights in a Standard Double Room and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort. The owner was exceptionally kind and even offered late check-out, which was a nice touch. It's ideally located close to the best bars and just a short walk to the beach. The only downside was that the walls felt a bit thin at times, allowing some noise to seep in from neighbors. a fantastic spot for a stay in Brighton!

this was my second stay in brighton, and pink pavilion truly exceeded my expectations. i loved the cozy standard double room with its sunny west-facing view and the nice bowl of fruit. lee was a fantastic host, making the trip feel extra special.

the shower being in the room felt odd.
